The Moselexpress gets company: Starting from January 2019, the Am Zehnhoff-Söns Group offers a novel block train service. The new, additional overnight service connects the Multimodal Terminal Trier with the Port of Antwerp twice a week. This connection complements the waterway transport between Trier and Antwerp and offers an interesting alternative to direct truck transport. One-way-transport is possible, too – as the terminal depot at the port of Trier offers a sufficient storage area.
